Private instruction with Becky, Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher, Level 3; the most Senior Iyengar teacher in Louisiana. If you are looking for personal guidance to begin a practice or work on a particular issue you are dealing with, come up with some daily sequences, or want to work on a certain family of poses, we can meet at your home or at the studio. It is recommended that students purchase their own personal props for home practice. However, props can be brought to your home at an additional cost (transport, cleaning, etc).

Cost for one person:

1 hr in studio: $85
2 hr in studio: $160
1 hr in your home: $135
2 hr in your home: $250

Additional people: add 30. each
Props: If it is necessary to supply props for privates at your home, there is an additional $25 charge (this charge could be more depending on number of students, please inquire).
